Charlotte Race Tickets:
Excellent tickets for the Nationwide Series and Sprint Cup races are located in the Ford and General Motors Grandstands. These seats are directly across from pit road and close to the start/finish line, rows 22-40. You can also upgrade to the Ford Veranda Grandstand, which is considered by most to be the best seats at the track, for the Nationwide Series & Sprint Cup races. Hotel:
The Hilton Garden Inn-City Center Charlotte is a new hotel located in downtown Charlotte which is referred to as "City Center". It features a restaurant and small lounge and is only two blocks away from the Speed Street festivities and 13 miles from Lowe's Motor Speedway. It also features high speed internet connections. VIP Package:
The VIP Package includes a upscale buffet lunch and drinks in the prominent and exclusive Speedway Club (see description below) overlooking the track Saturday or Sunday (choose one) as well as pit passes (the opening and closing schedule of pit road is determined by NASCAR on race weekends). This is the perfect way to complete your race package. If you are looking to rub elbows with some of the most important and influential people in motor racing, then this package is the one for you!

Speedway Club (Saturday or Sunday):
The Speedway Club meal packages for lunch on Saturday or dinner on Sunday include admission to the exclusive Speedway Club overlooking Lowes Motor Speedway, a fabulous buffet including prime rib and many other tantelizing items, salad bar and desert bars, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages during your meal, and the ambiance of a beautiful club environment. You may enjoy the Speedway Club as long as you wish after dining; however, each seating for lasts for 45 minutes. There is also a lounge area, souvenir stores, art galleries and an informal dining area that you can enjoy. This is an excellent addition to anyone looking for a slightly more upscale version of a race weekend.

Pre-race Pit Access:
The weekend Pit Access Pass is a two day pass good prior to race time on Saturday and Sunday (please note that NASCAR controls the opening and closing of pit road and scheduling may not allow for Saturday pit access) . This pass will give you access to pit road, not the garage area. Please note that NASCAR rules state that you must be 16 years of age and a dress code applies. Generally open-toe shoes, tank or halter tops, short pants and coolers are not allowed on pit road. This is subject to interpretation by the security guards at the access gate. Weather could also be a factor in determining the availability of pit road. (We can not be responsible if for any reason you are not able to take a pit road tour.)

Race Shop Tour:
Our Race Shop Tour includes a day of visiting race shops and sightseeing the local areas of interest in the racing rich community on Friday (May 22nd) prior to the Coca-Cola 600. We'll depart by deluxe motorcoach early this morning for visits for the following race shops: Hendrick Motorsports, Roush Racing, Dale Earnhardt Inc., Penske Racing South, Joe Gibbs Racing and Rusty Wallace Inc. (Some shops may be substituted depending upon scheduling and availability). We'll stop for lunch & beverages (included) at Lancaster's BBQ in Mooresville, one of the most popular restaurants for crew members. This is the perfect way to start your exciting weekend of racing. If you would like to get an up close and in depth view of the Race Shops, what goes on at them and explore the general area, then this option is for you! You never know who you will run into on this tour.

Itinerary:

Thursday: First round qualifying for the NASCAR Nationwide Series and the Sprint Cup Series are today at the track. Speed Street festivities (Tryon Street in City Center Charlotte is closed off and a 3 day street party featuring driver appearances, big name bands, food, beverages, souvenirs, simulators and more) also begin today and will go on through Saturday. Track transfers are not available today.
Friday: You will arrive at the Hilton Garden Inn-City Center-Charlotte. (Other arrival dates are available) The Nationwide Series has practice at Lowe's Motor Speedway today. The dirt track plays host to the World of Outlaw sprint cars for the Charlotte Outlaw Showdown. All the fun continues uptown at Speed Street and we offer optional race shop tours today. Track transfers are not provided.
Saturday: The Nationwide Series race, the CARQUEST Auto Parts 300 & Sprint Cup Series practice sessions & "happy hour" are scheduled for today. Nationwide Series race tickets and deluxe track transfers are optional.
Sunday: Get ready race fans, our buses will depart in the early afternoon for the short, stress-free ride to Lowe's Motor Speedway for the Coca-Cola 600, NASCAR's longest race. Lowe's Motor Speedway puts on a phenomenal pre-race military themed show prior to the Coca-Cola 600 Sprint Cup Series race. After the race, sit back and relax as we get you out of traffic and back to the hotel.
