Sheraton Park South

The Veranda Grandstand is located to the first turn side of the Start/Finish between the Commonwealth Grandstand and the Dogwood Grandstand in turn one. It is an elevated grandstand and you can see the entire track. The Veranda Grandstand is located across from the pit stalls at the exit of pit road.

The Commonwealth Grandstand is located to the first turn side of the Start/Finish between the Sprint Grandstand and the Veranda Grandstand that is toward turn one. You can see the entire track from our high rows. The Commonwealth Grandstand is located across from the pit stalls toward the middle of pit road.

Nationwide Series ticket for Friday night is located in the Veranda Grandstand. This grandstand is at the exit of Pit Road entering Turn One. Our seats are in the upper level.

Nationwide Series ticket for Friday night is located in the Commonwealth Grandstand. This grandstand is on the front stretch across from the pits and located between the start/finish line and the pit road exit. Our seats are in the upper level.

We'll get you "There And Back Again" from the hotel to the track for the Nationwide Series race and Sprint Cup qualifying aboard our deluxe motorcoach. Your trip will be hassle-free. Race tickets are optional.

Party Zone Hospitality includes admission into the Party Zone hospitality area with an all-you-can-eat dinner buffet, unlimited sodas and water, beer coupon for guests 21 or older, Nationwide Series driver appearance, live entertainment, souvenir event program, special souvenir gift, door prizes and more.

Tickets for the Sprint Cup Series are in your choice of the upper level of the Veranda grandstand or the Commonwealth grandstand. The Veranda is at the exit of pit road in Turn One and the Commonwealth grandstand is located directly across from the exit of pit road on the front stretch. These seats have an excellent view of the track.

The Nationwide Series tickets are also in your choice of the Veranda grandstand or Commonwealth grandstand.

Richmond International Raceway hosted its first NASCAR race in 1953 as a half mile oval with Lee Petty dominating the race from the pole to the checkered flag. In 1988 the track was reconfigured to be a 3/4 mile track. Since the first race at this raceway, the track has had three name changes, five track configuration changes, one surface change (dirt to asphalt), multiple grandstand additions and the addition of lights. As a matter of fact, Richmond International Raceway, also known as the "action track" because of its exciting side by side racing, is the only track on the NASCAR circuit to hosts all of its events "under the lights".

Thursday: You will check in to the Sheraton Park South- Richmond, for a much anticipated weekend of fun and great racing. (Friday arrivals are also available)
Friday: We will depart the Sheraton Park South in the early afternoon by deluxe motorcoach for the short ride to Richmond International Raceway. Sprint Cup Series qualifying and the Nationwide Series race are the hot race tickets in Richmond today and tonight. Afterwards we'll bring you back to your hotel. Friday Nationwide tickets and transfers are optional.
Saturday: We will depart the Sheraton Park South in the early afternoon for your 2011 Richmond International Raceway adventure. The night sky will be alive with flashbulbs and fireworks for the Richmond Wondreful Pistachios 400. Enjoy your hassle free ride to and from the track.
