These are new individual folding chair stadium seats.  Sections 140-144 are located just before the start/finish.  These seats are in rows 31-37 which allows you to see around the entire track and the seats are across from pit road.  You can also upgrade to Sections 145-154, rows 31-37 to be closer to the start/finish line.
