We were highly impressed with the reservations staff. Our itinerary was excellent in detail and clarity. The bus travel was extremely comfortable and allowed easy track access. Overall an above 10++ rating !!!

Thank you very much for the Coca Cola 600 tour package. Mere words cannot describe the wonderful experience our family had in Charlotte. It is obvious that you and your staff put forth a lot of thought and preparation in planning these packages. We felt like we made new friends by the end of our weekend.
The race shop tour was very interesting and enlightening. We enjoyed hearing about the area, and very much enjoyed dining at a "local landmark" restaurant. The entire day flowed smoothly, and again, it was obvious that a lot of thought and preparation went into that tour.
The planning behind the races should not be overlooked. It amazed us how easy everything was involving the races. From the placement of the buses, to the locations of the tickets, everything was SO convenient.
Last , but not least, please convey our sincere thanks to your staff (and their families). Dawn was the first person I spoke to in your office. She was very patient with me and answered all of my questions, being that this was the first time we ever used a tour agency and attended a race. Shane was very helpful in our hotel situation, and it was only a few moments before everything was fine. You were excellent in tending to your "flock" (and helping us to locate the CAT trailer). Donnie and his family were a delight to meet, and we really appreciated their friendly hospitality, humor, etc.
I am enclosing a thank you note Sarah drew for Donnie. Would you please forward it to him? He gave Sarah a Dave Blaney/CAT pin , and it brought tears to my eyes to see the excitement on her face when she read his note and saw the pin.
