Scanner Rental
Don't just watch the excitement, hear it! You hear the judgement calls and the strategies being plotted by your favorite driver and crew chief as they happen. Listen to all the drivers, MRN & PRN radio behind the scenes, NASCAR officials and TV broadcasters. All uncensored. You've never experienced racing like this before! We'll have your scanner programmed and available for you on our buses prior to the race, that way you do not have to wait in line to rent or to return the scanner.
Our Scanners are 200 channel Uniden Bearcat scanners that display the name of the driver or channel, not the 30 or 100 channel scanners that are rented to you at the track from other vendors and tour companies. We have programmed all frequencies for all drivers and their alternate frequencies plus more.
We also provide the new Sprint Fanview scanners that not only display the name and channel of the driver, but also provides a hand held television screen for following the race broadcast as well as the driver in-car cameras during the race event. These scanners also provide up to the minute standings and statistics for each driver during the race.
A limited number of scanners are available for each event. Be sure to reserve your scanner well in advance. Call for information and rates.
Travel Insurance
The cost of participating in a race tour can be quite substantial. If an unforeseen situation should occur that would prevent you from attending the tour, you may incur financial loss depending upon when you cancelled your trip. To help you feel at ease and to reduce your loss, we offer optional low cost travel insurance underwritten by Travel Guard, a name you can feel confident with. Trip cancellation insurance usually runs approximately $45 per person depending on the cost of your tour. That's a small price to pay for peace of mind.This insurance policy covers many situations including: trip cancellation or default; medical expenses and transport including pre-existing conditions; lost, stolen or damaged baggage and travel documents; trip or baggage delay; accidental death and dismemberment; and even "change your mind coverage". Children under the age of 16 years are covered free of charge with paying adults. Call with any questions or request that we send an insurance packet for your review.

We offer a variety of travel services for our race clients. Among those services are airline, car, and hotel reservations. We guarantee the lowest available published airfare at the time of booking.
